The counter’s terminal is made of a 16-buttons keyboard
and an LCD display. All operations such as call, transferring, active and
non-active counter, changing password and … will be done via keyboard by counter’s
man. The counter’s terminal can be hardware or software (network). The LCD
display of the counter’s terminal allows the counter’s man to observe the
customer’s number which is in service and also all the messages that are being sent
from the central system.
